Danielle, Derek's sister, had her third baby yesterday. Michael Fotopoulos was 7 lb and 1 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She is doing very well and so is little Michael. It is so weird that only a year ago she was in California training with the National team. Check out the video I found on her on U tube.
First full day of Spring soccer arrived. This is Ben's first year to play. He got stuck with the nice masculine pink shirts. The coach called them the Bubble gums. Ben scored 4 goals!! He may be little, but he's a scrapper. Hannah is in an older league learing positions, corner kicks, and other things I know nothing about. Luckily, Derek knows a thing or two from all those years watching his sister.
For Hannah's birthday this year, I took 6 girls to go see "Horton Hears a Who". The girls had a great time. Most of the birthday party took place at the movie theater so I didn't have to entertain 6 and 7 year olds for too long. Thank goodness because the conversation while eating birthday cake consisted of tooting and burping. We should of stayed in the South and maybe the kids would of grown up with more decency.
