I decided to run a 5K last minute tonight. It was so hot and humid. Derek and the kids came to watch. I was waving to Eve who was behind the girl in front of me. It had a lot of hills and I was regretting the choice of salad dressing I had at 4:00pm; three hours prior to start time!!

I bet it was hot and humid! A 5K in the fall sounds fun but not one in the summer!!! Good luck with the June challenge. Sounds like it is going well on the exercise front but I know the chocolate cravings all too well, much to my dismay! I am glad the kids could come watch. It is always nice to have your biggest cheerleaders there!
Oh geez, I had to train for 10 weeks just to learn HOW to run a 5k. That is so awesome you can just decide at the last minute to do it! And your play-list made me laugh out loud. But, where's the Baby Got Back?
I'm going to add Baby Got Back right now! Love Old School! I can't wait to jam to it when I'm picking the kids up from Jr. High!!
